The Málaga Festival brought us onto its communication team to collaborate on generating audiovisual content during one of the country's most important cinematic events. The project required covering a wide variety of activities and key moments, maintaining the quality, agility, and responsiveness demanded by an event of international scope.
We worked closely with the festival's communication team, participating in video production, social media content creation, and coverage of the main milestones of each day. Our work included red carpet coverage, award ceremonies, special tributes, interviews, and audiovisual reports. Additionally, we developed real-time content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter), adapting each piece to the characteristics of each platform to maximize its reach and impact.
We generated a constant flow of audiovisual content from the opening to the closing ceremony, bringing the festival experience closer to both attendees and thousands of viewers who followed the event digitally. The strategy contributed to increasing the festival's visibility compared to previous editions, strengthening its social media presence and consolidating it as one of Spain's film festivals with the greatest reach and digital engagement. The photographs accompanying this project were taken by Leo Hidalgo, who was also part of the Festival de Málaga's communication and audiovisual coverage team.
